Image Procesing based on Computational Mathematics

Research for the mathematical imaging to provide a new clinical assessment using mathematical modeling, sophisticated algorithm and high-performance computing.

Research

Accurate early diagnosis of disease through a variety of medical imaging technology is essential to meet the needs of a healthy lifestyle and live life prolongation. The medical imaging used in diagnostic MRI, CT and ultrasound images, etc, for the renovation of these imagingand image processing techniques, we study the theory and imaging algorithm based on the mathematics.

For the success of those researches, it requires high level numerical analysis techniques as well as rigorous mathematical theories in the 3-D human body modeling. In this project, we want establish a basis for the world leading research to help the jump of the domestic biomedical business through the software infrastructure based on computational mathematics.
